About Me

My name is Landon Hilgendorf, and I live on a dairy farm outside of Nokomis. I am a homeschooled senior, and a sixth-generation dairy farmer. My interests outside of CEO might be considered unique when compared to those of my peers. My farm upbringing has given me a passion for the dairy industry; production, showing cattle, pedigrees, and genetics. I also greatly enjoy carpentry, which when I'm not working with cows, is my main/favorite/only pastime. I joined CEO for several reasons. First, I wanted to challenge myself. Next, I sought to give myself education not available through traditional schooling. Lastly, I wanted to find out if I could use my skills to turn a hobby into at least a side-hustle, if not a small business.
