The CEO team had the opportunity to visit Hillers Heating and Cooling and hear from Business Manager Robbie Shipman about leading a long-standing local company with deep roots in the community. Students learned what it truly means to run a small business - wearing many hats, building strong partnerships, and creating trust by consistently doing what you say you will do. Robbie shared how their team presents clients with “good, better, best” options, empowering customers to make informed decisions while maintaining high service standards.

The conversation also highlighted practical financial discipline, including saving ahead and paying cash for major needs, as well as the role of marketing and collaboration with other businesses in sustaining growth. The CEO team gained valuable insight into how operational excellence, integrity, and customer-focused decision-making have helped this company continue serving the region for generations.

Thank you Robbie for hosting our team!
