This morning, we toured one of the newest McDonald’s in the country!

Hillsboro McDonald’s recently got a full rebuild, and our team got a behind the scenes tour of the facility, and learned how a McDonald’s franchise operates. Teammembers learned about managing labor, food costs, and ensuring business success while operating in a high speed environment. General Manager Brittany Smith met with the team, and shared their emphasis on time targets and efficiency. We also learned about how McDonald’s uses technology and systems to help with their operations. Thank you to Hillsboro McDonald’s for hosting us!
