Tommy Justison spoke to our team and shared his background, education, and the passions that have shaped his career. Tommy has gained experience at organizations like John Deere and Boeing, completed an internship at the White House, and today helps lead his family's fourth and fifth generation farm while focusing on capital deployment, serving on city council, and supporting a variety of nonprofit and philanthropic causes.

Tommy explained how he applies lessons from college and past roles to be better at what he does now, with most of his time spent on capital deployment through equity and real estate. He walked the team through growth opportunities, investing in companies at different stages, and how external factors can impact a business. He also challenged the team to disrupt the norm, learn from failure, and stay motivated by making an impact on others, remembering that tomorrow isn't promised, and always playing the long game.

Thank you, Tommy, for sharing your story and your time with our team!
