Earlier this week, we visited HSHS St. Francis Hospital, hosted by Chief Administrative Officer Ian Pollus. Ian shared the hospital's history and its Catholic roots, along with what it means to be part of the larger HSHS system and to serve the community as a Critical Access Hospital.

The team heard about the business side of healthcare that most people never see, including how billing and reimbursements keep the hospital running and what it takes to recruit and keep great physicians. The visit included a full tour of the hospital, giving the team a look at the wide range of services offered and the systems that keep every department stocked and running smoothly.
