Today, our CEO team members visited Raise the Bar, a 24/7 gym and wellness spa built by owner Heather Greenwood. What began as a simple gym has grown over ten years into a full wellness destination.
The spa addition, opened just last year, offers hydro massage beds, saunas, massage therapy, red light therapy, and more - all using 100% natural products. Heather walked the team through the operational side of the business as well, covering maintenance, staffing, and how she structures gym and spa memberships to fit different customer needs.
Her advice to the team was clear: know your goals and how you want to run your business, and stick true to what you believe. It was a great look at how passion, consistency, and the wisdom to test an idea before fully committing can build a thriving local business.
