Last week, Montgomery CEO team members had the opportunity to hear from Peyton Tester, a CEO alum (class of 2018) who came back to share his story and speak into the lives of the current team.

Peyton’s message was clear: “Keep your eyes open and stay curious. Opportunities are everywhere, but you have to be paying attention to find them.” He reminded team members that asking one extra question can change everything, saying “You’re just one question away.” He also challenged the group to stay aware of what is happening around them, keep building their network, and lean into time management and discipline as they step into the next chapter.

CEO team members are grateful for Peyton’s time and the perspective he brought as someone who has been in their shoes.
