Today the Montgomery and Macoupin CEO teams toured MJM Electric Cooperative to learn how a member-owned utility operates and serves its communities.

CEO team-members heard from the MJM team about the cooperative business model, operational strategies, and how MJM manages more than 2,000 miles of power lines across Macoupin, Jersey, and Montgomery counties (MJM). They also discussed how preparation, communication, and teamwork are essential when responding to challenges like severe weather and infrastructure issues.

We appreciate MJM Electric Cooperative for investing in our students through their time, insights, financial contribution as CEO investors, and continued support of the CEO program and local communities.
