Today the CEO team toured Ronk Electrical Industries, where we heard from Scott Sander, Director of Marketing and Sales, and Bryant Summers, VP of Sales. Students learned about the wide range of electrical delivery products Ronk manufactures and how the company has been producing core products since 1950.

Our hosts walked students through the full production process, from receiving raw materials to creating finished products, and shared how rewarding it is to see a product come to life through their work. They also discussed how businesses evaluate capital expenditures, why quality testing with third-party partners is critical, and how strategic investments support long-term growth.

On the marketing and sales side, students gained insight into identifying target customers, developing tailored marketing materials, and understanding the psychology of sales. A key takeaway was the importance of building trust and consistently providing real value to customers.
