Grant Shelton, CEO alumni and owner of Shelton Automotive Group came to speak to our team.

Grant shared how running a business in high school differs from the real world and the lessons he learned while growing his dealership. After experimenting with different ventures - including a furniture business - he found his niche in work trucks, primarily serving business owners.

He encouraged students to learn how to use lines of credit wisely to scale, take risks while they’re young, and seek predictable revenue models through service-based components. Grant’s journey was a great example of starting small, scaling steadily, and focusing on what works.

Thank you Grant for speaking to our team and sharing your expertise!
