Today the CEO team visited CTI Fiber in Hillsboro.
Jeremy, CTI’s Marketing Communications and Brand Manager, shared the company’s story - how founders Billy and Adam started with wireless internet before expanding into fiber internet and building the business from the ground up.
Students learned about how CTI identifies areas to build based on population and return on investment, as well as the importance of tailoring marketing strategies to different audiences. Jeremy emphasized that great customer service and quality lead to satisfied customers who become your best marketers - in business, one happy customer can lead to ten more.
The team also brainstormed marketing strategies for their own class business, gaining insights into how creativity and collaboration drive effective communication.
