The CEO team had the opportunity to visit Midwest Bus Sales, where we were greeted with incredible hospitality - donuts, water, and thoughtful gifts from the Midwest Bus team.

General Manager Robert Doerr and Sales Lead Lisette Jones guided us through the company’s operations, highlighting how various departments work together to deliver excellence. Students learned about the flexibility involved in selling used versus new buses and the importance of always being ready for a sales opportunity - because you never know when a client might be ready to buy.

Midwest Bus Sales places strong emphasis on their four core values: family, safety, service, and respect. These values are visible throughout their facility and lived out by their team daily. Students also observed the company’s commitment to intentional communication through reciprocal meetings and attention to logistics in packing and shipping.
