The team had the opportunity to work with Valerie Belusko, who has been involved with CEO since the very beginning of the first program in Effingham. Valerie shared the origins of CEO and led us through the Real Colors personality assessment alongside Macoupin CEO.

Through this activity, the team explored their own values, needs, strengths, and joys, while also learning how to better understand and work with people who approach situations differently. It was a valuable session that highlighted how each personality type brings unique perspectives and how these differences can strengthen teamwork.
