This morning our team visited Raise the Bar, owned by Heather Greenwood. Heather shared her journey of starting in 2016 by renting a building to test the idea before purchasing her own space in 2018. She emphasized the importance of following your passion, surrounding yourself with the right people, and understanding the needs of your community.

We toured the gym and learned about their new wellness spa, featuring hydro massage, red light therapy, sauna, and massage services. Heather also spoke about the challenges of government regulations and inspections, as well as the value of adapting your space to meet demand.

It was an inspiring reminder that entrepreneurship thrives on persistence, community awareness, and a willingness to keep seeking growth.
