CEO Empowerment Day and Creating Teamwork!

Bobby Aymes with Ambit Energy spoke with CEO about his personal success. Sandy Carter connected CEO with Aymes as an Ambit consultant who has grown significant wealth through the company's network marketing strategies. Bobby flew in from Texas to meet with consultants and stopped by to visit CEO in person!

Bobby shared his personal story for getting into the business. "You have to work hard at building relationships and giving customers the best advice." Bobby shared about his work with a future consultant that took more than a year to revisit and get the individual to buy into the company. "After that he introduced me to others who opened up a network of consultants that has made me very wealthy." When a team member asked why he stayed with it for so long, "I just didn't want to keep working for someone else's schedule and priorities. I wanted to work for myself."

Get Involved in CEO

The manner in which the CEO program is funded is critical to its success and sustainability. All funds raised are used exclusively for the Montgomery CEO program. To participate, a 3-year $1000 per year commitment is required. Business Partner Investors commitments of time and energy are also critical to the program's success. Contributions may be tax deductible, as our organization is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization.

When we are not touring local businesses, we need a place to host the class. During that time, the 13 CEO students and their Facilitator would meet at your site where they would also have guest speakers and guests from the community attend. Hosting requires a facility with internet access and adequately accommodates up to 18 people.

We are looking for people to share real-life stories about the concepts of running a business, from strategic thinking, product development to marketing, and cash flow management. Also, sharing your personal successes and failures are what recent classes have enjoyed the most.

Brynee Tally

About Me

Brynee Tally, an in vogue student at Hillsboro High School, enjoys taking college course classes where she learns complex thinking skills, teamwork abilities and problem solving methods. Her interest in business became apparent when her dad proposed the idea of being his co-owner for AT trucking. Tally started being active in the company by signing checks and then continued to progress and build her skills and business through work in Excel, Access, Quickbooks and she now also works as part-time dispatcher. As she built a baseline knowledge of financial programs and a business background, she knew that owning her own individual business was in her future plans. Tally’s interest in the CEO program began with an informative conversation with an alumni from the program. Even though she is currently a co-owner of a local business, she plans on venturing out on her own to offer a service based business to the community. Tally is compassionate and enjoys helping others. She hopes to create a successful business which will allow her to continue to make a difference in her community.
